This Windsor Hills villa is large enough to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. There is a 5 night minimum on most stays, 7 night minimum on stays during high and holiday seasons, shorter stays may be available if there are days available between stays. A cleaning fee of $100 will be applied on stays of 5 nights or less.

General Rental Policies
A $250 deposit on a credit card is required, which is processed through our management company and is applied toward rental cost, in order to book a stay; the remainder is due no later than 10 weeks before the date of arrival. There is a $300 security deposit added to your final payment, which is refundable after inspection of the home and within 7 days of departure. VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
